By using this website, the All In Running Challenges mobile application or by availing goods or services offered by us, the user agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy. All In Running is committed to protecting the privacy of users who access and use the All In Running mobile application and related services ("Service"). Personal Information We Collect
When the user register for or use the Service, we may collect certain personal information, including your name, address, phone number, email address and profile photograph. Note: Notwithstanding anything under this Policy as required under applicable Indian laws, we will not be storing any credit card, debit card or any other similar card data of yours. Please also note that all data or information collected from the user will be strictly in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines.
Health and Fitness Data We Collect
With the user's permission, the Service may collect and process health and fitness data, including step count, distance traveled, and workout or activity information. This data may be obtained through integrations with Google Fit or through information manually entered by users within the application.
How We Use Health and Fitness Data
Health and fitness data is collected solely to track progress, share feedback, enable challenge participation, marking completion of step-based activities or challenges, calculate challenge results, generate leaderboards, and display activity-related statistics within the app. Health and fitness information is used exclusively for these purposes and is not used for advertising, marketing, or promotional activities.
For certain running challenges and activity tracking features in our mobile application, we may access limited health and fitness-related information from user's device, specifically step count data, through platform-supported health services (such as Google Health Connect, Google Fit, or Apple Health, where applicable and authorized by the user).
Access to such health data is permission-based and occurs only after user provides consent through the user's device or application settings. User may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings; however, some activity tracking or challenge-related features may no longer function as intended.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to provide and improve our services, monitor challenge participation, maintain accurate rankings and leaderboards, verify challenge completion, ensure fair and effective operation of the platform, and provide customer support when required.
Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or health data to third parties. However, we may share information with trusted service providers that assist us in operating the Service. For example, we use Firebase to support mobile application functionality, including authentication, secure data storage, analytics, and performance monitoring. Google Fit Integration
